Hi all. Maybe you have heard by now that the recreation commissioners have decided to close down Burwood swimming pool. Neighbors are mobilizing and petitions to keep the pool open are circulating. The commission meets on Wednesday, April 16th at 7pm at the recreation building on Courtland Avenue. If you can help by attending and/or speaking up for us and with us at this meeting, we would appreciate it and so will all of the children who swim at Burwood. Thanks, Norwood!
